    Default Wheel Being Pushed Back.

As title say's, i dont know what's wrong with it.

Just to wipe out thing's it could/couldnt of been, i havent hit any gutter (altho mums driven it and she is very scared to tell me if she's ever damage it) springs & shocks where replaced a while ago but didnt apear stright after i done that.

Picture of wheel second page: My 1989 VN.

More then wanting to know what the cause was, i would like to know how to fix it.

    cheers.

Bent lower control arm and/or radius rod. Not too hard to replace.

No problem, good luck with it. If you need any help when it comes time to doing it just let us know. Just done my Mums car a few weeks ago, bought the control arm and 'Z' bar all as 1 for $35 from a wrecker. Also had mine out of my car today changing the radius bushes.

Where are the top bearings in the strut tower? The top bearings are eccentric to the strut towers (body) and there are three possible orientations. If you didn't mark the location when you did the springs, perhaps they are not in the correct spot.

Mine used to sit right back like that from stuffed bushes. Used to scrap on the back of the guard.

Replaced all the bushes and went some adjustable radius rods... now drivers side scraps on the battery box at full lock... whoops, too much adjustment, but works well on the track, just needs a small tweak to get right.

I reckon Unknown and Cheap6 are on the money!
Also check that the actual radius rod "Z bar" is tight at the front where it passes through the K Frame bush. The K frame can deform quite easily there too and gets pulled back in on itself if someone has had a previous heavy bump or prang. It is hard to notice at first until you compare both sides closely.
