Red warning light

Just noticed a red warning light come up on the L3 dash in the VP ute,its under the tacho and looks like a parkbrake w/l,it seems to flash on and off pumping the brake pedal does nuttin,there isnt any chimes with it either,so if anyone has any ideas would be appreciated

is it just started or always done it? could be an over adjusted park brake or faulty sensor
