how much is new radiator
hi, guys, as usual, some parts play up again. this time I found a small leak near the upper hose of the radiator to the engine, when it is cold it is alright, but when the engine get hot, it gets worse. How much is a new one?
It seems to be plastic, any chance to repair? what if I just leave it, when the coolant level goes below that leak, will it stop, or the pressure is so high and all the coolant turn to leak out? Many thanks for your help?

i think you can find them on there for around the 200 mark.
yes I had a look, they are from 120-160. but do not know if they are quality stuff or not. I might try a wracker, some time they sell new one. Many thanks.
m8 i would just go and buy a new one off ebay have a look at there feedback ratings and go from there. No point buying a second hand one for $60 just get a new one.

No problem with ebay quality for the most part. An alloy radiator is an alloy radiator. I bought my VS V8 radiator from a bloke on ebay. It's the real deal.

morton since when did u get a 5L?
went to auto one, asked for 170, not allowed to open the box, do not know if it is made in china, tried repco, 211 bucks. the wrecker got new one 140, looks like crap, like a toy, may be no more than 2 kg. finally got a VS one for 60. will try tomorrow. just do not know how to clean the transmission parts, looks like some debris.
thanks every one, finally got the new one and put it in, cost nearly 2 hours, have not got the right tool. hope it can keep on flying for abother year.
