VN ecu running VR based bin

Hi, im pretty new to playing with memcals, got my programmer last week with 3 x AT29c256's.
I have been playing with running VR code in my VN ecu and it works great. Esp lean cruise - My mixture meter goes right off the scale on lean when it cuts in and uses stuff all fuel. (well relative to before)

My Problem is, I cant get any ALDL data out of it. I have done some searching of threads and I understand that I cant get 8192 baud out of an 808 ecu when running VR code, but I dont really care that much about the speed, I cant even get 160 baud out of it. is is possible to get any data at all out of an 808 runnign VR code (even 160 baud?) or am I stuck with no data until I get a 1227165 or VR ecu?

yes you will get no data from it with the VR software in it.
get a 165 or 082 ECM

if only someone told me that before i put a vr tune in a vn ecu......
