vn calais ecu in vn executive?

Hey guys,

I recently got given the ECU out of a VN Calais (6cyl 3.8L auto) and was wondering what the advantages would be of installing that into my VN Executive (6cyl 3.8L auto)

Would it fit? Would I get some kind of performance gain? Would the anti-theft part of the calais computer give me any greif?
