Instaling VP Calais retractable centre rear seat belt

How do I get this into my VN? Where does it bolt up? Please someone with a VP Calais let me know. I have one (both parts) to go into the VN but don't know where it bolts up.

Too hard basket mate. I don't have any tools here from when i moved in (still at dads) so i can't remove the centre seat. Not to mention i have to pull the sides out to get to the bolts.

Just thought of something.. your rear seat is a 3 piece, being VP, and mine is a 1 piece VN Calais one.. do you reckon it'd still fit?

Theres a gap in my seat for it, not sure if it will hinder you or not.

Yeah as stelthys shows it bolts 2 the floor underneith the back seat its located straight under the right side of the centre seat as pictured if ur lookin straight at it

If u want Sam we could tee up a weekend and u can have a look at wateva is on my calais if that helps?

If mine doesn't have holes there already I might hit you up for that.. could use some measurements before I go drilling holes in things By the way you should have been at the burnouts on the weekend... the 5L took a decent hit on the front quarter but it was a great day.

anywayz, my retractable seatbelt is ****, it gets stuck all the time...not worth the effort i reckon hehe

Ant, I have a couple of pics of the VR I might put up later, and yeah you needed to be a member to go but it's only $30 which you could just count as entry to a burnout comp and you get a bonus year's membership

I think I will buy a VP Calais, one without a motor, and just put everything in that and use that as my project car!!

Hey sam bloke at work is gonna sell his VN calais hes not long put another motor in it, V6 tho i dunno if thats the sorta car ur after coz its complete not wrecked so might b 2 much 4 ya?

nah I'm thinking a VP Calais with a broken motor and maybe no rego (cost less), one I can put all the good stuff from the VN into and use that as my project car. Thanks though

still haven't been able to work out this seat belt mounting thing... someone's going to have to help me out

had the seat out last week while I resealed the quarter windows, still couldn't work it out
