need wiring loom help.

hey guys at the moment i am trying to remove the wiring loom from the ecu to the engine in my vn but it wont budge does anyone know how they are removed properly without cutting it etc. thanks.

thanks anyways guys i got it sorted. there are three little clips that have to be pushed from inside the car to make it go through to the engine bay side.
