i have a vn calais 1990 series 2

i have changed the dash loom because the orginal was cut and modified but not finished

so i have replaced the whole dash loom with a vp calais loom and now the trip computer buttons dont work properly hazards, indercators and climate control also dont work headlights, break lights, interior lights, dash power windows,mirrors and sunroof all work fine checked all fuses relays plugs everything seems fine are vp calais trip computer buttons different to vn calais would the stop them from working?
