Smile climate control into series 1 calasi??

i have series 1 vn calais
seen climate control panel which is used for seies 2 and above.
mine has the dial controls ( not a climate control )
would i be able to connect the climate control one from a newer one into mine in place of the dials i have?
i be guessing it be a big mess around, but gotta ask?

He's asking if he can just use the face from a Climate control with his normal aircon, which hasn't been asked a million times.

ANYTHING is possible, but i doubt it would be worth it.

Going by what i read in Dylans thread, they wouldn't even be close to compatible. And if you want to instal the whole climate, its quite a head****, moreso if your car is a daily drive (although Dylan said he did it over a weekend)

Hence why i sold my Berlina wagon without it, and bought a Berlina LX wagon with everything

    no, not possible...

The climate unit has to interface with the automatic servos in the climate heater box.. basically, without the heater box... youll loose the abilty to control vents and stuff...

Do it all or not at all...

Its not a massive job if you know how to pull a dash out and can add some wires... have a go.

    aZk.
