changing coolant

want to empty coolant from me car,
do i just undo the radiater hoses?
which ones?
want to get ALL fluid out, motor, radiater, heater etc.
do i bleed it when i have re-filled it?
if so, how do i bleed it?
it is a series 1 v6.
