what makes a vn +6 more powerful?

Exactly what parts are fitted to a vn hsv +6 to make it more powerful?
Will these parts fit a VR?

Lappy runnin EFILive in a semi stock interior.

Do a search mate, i'm sure there is alot of info on here about them, but i think the main one is the chip HSV tune.

Pretty sure it was the chip and might have been something to also do with the exhaust, but not entirely sure.
the holden mechanic
they have tuned length manifolds from HM , some sort of exhaust and a performance tune
but people on here are doing better tunes than that ive got one in my VP and it makes soooo much difference
mate to get a bit of go get a high flow filter, cai, chipo and extractors.
I had a std vp wagon v6 with cai only that would drag off vr hsv v8's at the lights.
Real shame job.
How difference would the tune be in my +6 to a greenfoam tune for example? I wouldnt imagine it to be drastically different would it?
