whats the problem?? probably a good idea to take your main number off so you dont get prank calls from wankers with nothing better to do....
thank u good idea ..........
my prob is okay car idle's fine as so as u give it some gas it cough's and fart's and engine shake's like **** .... checked map sensor .... look at ecu fault code and all it's showing is fault 13 and thats o2 sensor
If its a vl then i would check out the mass air flow sensor, which is the box between your throttle body and air filter.
the o2 sensor code doesnt necessarily mean the o2 is to blame, poor emissions may be the cause of the code showing up, and could simply be due to the motor running rich.
Exactly what car is it and what motor? you have to assess whether its a fuel or electrical problem although at this stage seems to be electrical. Give us some more detail so we can help you out.
Here's a possiblity:
sounds like it's got enough fuel to idle, but not enough to cope under load. Is it possible that the problem lies with:
: fuel pressure regulator
: fuel pump
: fuel lines
did this problem suddenly begin all at once? What you described, is exactly what happens when you starve an engine of fuel. Long shot, but your pump may be putting out insufficient pressure, or a fuel line may be pinched. I'm thinking pump is far more likely though![]()
