Interchanging Fuelrails

Is it possible to use the fuelrail from a Series2 VN on a Series1 engine? I know there will be need for a little adjustment so the bolt holes line up, but I'm not sure about the amount of fuel been pumped through. The S2 rail is a lot thinner than the S1.

i think so but if you are going to the effort you would replace the injectors with later ones as vn injectors suck.

will be doing that....I just like the S2 rail over the S1 rail. And I would like to polish up the S2 rail as well, looks much better against a black manifold.
