Default VN not changing gears smoothly

I put a new set of injectors in the V6 on the weekend and ever since the car will rev heaps (up to 3K) before changing into the next gear. Its done it before, but suddenly stopped and started to change fine but I could never fine out what caused it. Now its doing it again I want to find out what it could be if there is a problem.

If it was only a one off thing each time and the battery has been disconnected, it sounds like the ECM relearning the IAC motor position. If it's ongoing, more like a manifold vacuum leak. Perhaps from 1+ of the seals between the injectors and the manifold. (Also assuming that the injectors are the same as those being replaced).

I'm sure I have a manifold leak anyway and plan on changing the gasket....the injectors are the same as the one taken out. It could be the ECU, as I had the battery disconnected while changing the injectors. The last time this was happening was when I changed engines. I also have a new throttle body to put on, but am waiting to get a new IAC & TPS before fitting it.

I may have, but I took the bracket on the throttle elbow that holds the cable off so it wouldn't be in the way.....I'll see how it is tonight after a bit more driving.
