Ok i know this issue has been covered 1001 times but im so confused.

I want to get a tuned memcal for my vp v6, preferably from greenfoam but how do i get into contact with him with his inbox being full im unsure how to contact him otherwise.

And how hard is it to install a memcal yourself?
