what sort of cam vn ss

hi, just wondering which cam is best suited for my vn ss, mainly just after a lumier note

Something with about between 274-284 is plenty big enough for a stocker you will need a retune afterwards

Not sure havent priced one but i'd say about $350 depending on which brand of cam you go for most popular choice is crane. I'd also say a new set of springs is in order too add about antoher $100

cams ar epretty cheap its the labour of getting them fitted thats the killer

I was just talking to a guy last night thats gone 13.07 in a full weight VR SS with a unknown cam , we assume its 286ish. He's done some other work, 2500 stall, diff gears, really good bumper mounted cai, big throttle, 3 angle valves, head shave etc etc. But 13.07 is incredible still for those mods. But still running the stock bananas

damn thats quick with a better manifold he should make easy 12's. Quick for a n/a 304
