    Default Re-gas? VN

    Hi Guys,
Just wondering how much it will set me back to get a mechanic to re-gas my aircon in my vn.
Or is it possible to regas it myself?
    cheers.

lookin at around 100bucks depending on what needs to be done...

but if its got a leak more because thatll need to be repaired

to regas them you need completely empty the system, vaccum it out which also removes all moisture, and regas properly..

not just a matter of pumpin her up unfortunatly

It is (or was several months ago) still available. It's only illegal to build new systems using it. Servicing existing ones is OK.
