vn code 35

hi all
im a new member i dont know if anyone has posted this problem before. I have done diagnostic and got code 35 which is something about idle speed. How do I go about solving this problem.

Probably the throttle position sensor playing up or the IAC valve. - Is the car idleing funny at all?

If not clear the code by taking the main fuse out for a few mins and see if the code comes back.

It may have been a 1 off error.

the car runs fine does have a bit of engine work small cam roller rockers 70 mil throttel body exhaust and after market chip the thing is i can find out what the code means in the commodore manual but it doesnt tell what to check or do i thought some one else would of had this problem

hmm... i was reading my service manual last night, and it says in the supplement section that code 35 was only introduced into the ECU for the VP series 2. Is the VN ECU even meant to have a code 35???

hi cogez i was wondering what car manual u had mine does not have supplement section and it apparently does vn and vp

mine is a gregory's manual for the VP/VQ with a V6.
