Heya nori - if it's 600x300 you want to tuck it up as high as you possible can to the head lights

also you want it as far back towards the radiator as possible. My coolers edges down the bottom are almost touching those two tab things on the rad support that the aircon condenser sits in. - the further back and higher up it sits, the less you have to cut out of your bumper!

It helps if you're not running any of that aircon crap - that's for girls anyway!

then you go to bunnings and get some of those galved strips of metal for $2 each, bend 2 in the shape of an L in the vice with a hammer. (you can see these 2 l brackets in the picture)

then bend another 2 in a funny wonky shape to suit the bottom of the intercooler - so they sit flush with the bottom of the cooler, and sit flush with the bottom of the rad support

and then smash some bolts through it all!

p.s. I want to see this insane creation you're working on!!

oh and here's a picture of just the mounting brackets! (and you can see those tabs I was talking about with a bit of rubber over them, just in case!)

now i to start all ova wit the piping and make me own manifolds
