Thats the PCD(sorry 2 correct u Slow Vac)- pitch circle diameter, just means amount of studs required and the diameter that they're situated. If u measure the distance from the centre of the hub 2 the centre of a wheel stud, u'll find a measurement of 60mm, which is the radius measurement. Double that = diameter- easy as that! Offset is how much the rim sticks in/out in relation to the centreline of the rim. A negative offset means the rims stick in the guards more(narrower track width), whereas a positive offset means ure wheels are closer 2 the guard lip(larger track width)Excessive trak width either way causes undue loading on the wheel bearings causing premature failure, thats why u wanna make sure this is within the limit 2 avoid the ecilops giving u a defect!Hope this helps
