testing fuel + ignition system on VN SS

want to test my entire fuel system on my vn ss.
i have fuel pressure guage so i can sort that out no dramas but just wondering if there is a way to test my injectors?

also want to make sure my spark is nice and strong. any good test methods? also any good replacement parts to beef up the spark abit.

car is just a stock daily, just want to freshen it up abit, make sure its firing nicely.

injectors will have to com eoff and get flow tested
you can check resistance in the leads btu thats a prick of a job cos you have to take them off to do it
