    Default Suspension Bushes stuffed?

    Hey guys just wondering, im pretty sure my suspension bushes are totally stuffed but can someone confirm and also tell me what the exact bushes are called so i can get some new ones.

    just add them to boiling water to soften them up and your fine, unless u want to use money then they are strut link kit rubbers, can get a set of heavy duty ones from ebay for about 25 bucks for the whole lot

    Can this problem cause loud knocking when going over bumps?

    yeah had a look at a few of them and they looked alright, these were the worst i think so i took pictures of them, ill buy the heavy duty link kit and see if it fixes the problem

    yeah there is a kit bout 50 bucks from repco and they give ya nolathene bushes and a thicker link i replaced mine with these and its like ridin on clouds mate

    well worth the money

    My mates VL had that problem, he thought it was the bushes too. Turned out a exhaust mount snapped, check that the suspension arms etc. are not knocking against the exhaust.

    went out and bought one from repco today, installing it tonight/tomorrow and hopefully that will fix it.

    I just reviewed what I wrote in the 'How To' and realised the order of the washers/bushes was listed incorrectly. Now changed and PM sent.
