I am realy a v8 man and i am half considering trying to trade off my VG ute and get a vn/vp SS or 5.0l variant. Now I see these going around the 5k mark on ebay and some are car dealerships so any guesses as to what i would get for a vg with series 2 motor that has done 148,000kms,column shift auto bench seat, factory cruise control, new pursuit steelies and tyres,xplod head unit, 2.5"cat back and she it pretty straight just some dings in the tailgate. Just wondering how much cash i would need on top because i am pretty dry atm and also vondering the average fuel consumption on one of there 8's

Average fuel consumption on the highway for a clean 304 10L/100km. They really don't do badly on the juice. Just dirve accordingly.

yeah i nearly 29 so i am a bit past the car flogging stage lol
