Brake prob in VQ V8

Hi all,

When I apply the brake after first starting my Statesman I can hear a hiss, and the brake will feel weak (ie. booster doesn't seem to be working). Once it has warmed up, the brake works OK and is hard.

Is this a common problem, or do I need to pull the whole dash out and test every vaccum hose?

No there is no need to pull dash out to check anything related to the booster vacume. Have a look in the engine bay at the booster and vacume line there.
