hi guys just like to know what coarse the fuel to bubble back into the tank???
the temp is at 1/4 and when you turn it off you can here the fuel bubbling in the tank for a sec or 2
sorry if i dont have the right words or spelling
Nat
That's the fuel pressure regulator on your fuel rails letting pressure back into the tank through the return line.
It's also your fuel pump, which continues to prime for a second after ignition-off to ensure pressure is mantained in the lines during downtime.

No, it doesn't.
so it is ok then???? like it's not going to blow me up
when you turn the engine off the backup system of power to the fuel pump(oil pressure switch) provides power to te pump untill the oil pressure drops then the pump stops.
is it normal for it to be bubbling. i have never seen any others bubbling like that.....so how do i fix it
Bubbles suggest air. Air getting into your return lines? Through your pressure regulator? I have no idea. Breather lines equalising pressure? I don't know. Could be one of many things![]()
