VP 1992 Berlina engine block drain plug?

Hello, i'm trying to drain the coolant from the engine and i can't find any drain plug on the engine. I'm assuming that it's on the left hand side just above the starter motor? I can't see anything as it's kind of compact and not much space to have a good look. Does anyone have any hints on finding it? Do you need to remove any parts before it is revealed?

Undo the bottom radiator hose, that's enough to swap it
