Are you sure its coming from the rocker cover, may need to clean the area and check again...

If you've got water coming out of your rocker cover, I think you've got bigger problems than just a cracked water gallery lol

As mack said, clean everything up and have another look.

dont panic... had this happen a few times (on different manifold bolts) on my vp v6. i found that the inlet manifold bolts loosen over time. so i used to pull them out one by one, clean them right up (clean the shafts of the bolts, the threads etc) and then put em back in. dont overtighten them - the torque settings r in the repair manual. eventually the inlet manifold gaskets needed replacing, but thats another story. cheers

why did you use that crap for ? Chemiweld ? You better check if your heater is working. Chemiweld uses pices of copper/metal which melts and cools where the leak is, problem its well known to block water galleries, heater cores and the likes. You should have rather used Bars Stop leak/GM Radiator Pellets. When my inlet manifold gasket blew, it did have water coming through the manifold bolts as well and mix with oil in some parts, as well as blow the gasket.

When putting any of these bolts back in, you are meant to use loctite to stop them getting loose.
