    Default Door Adjustment (VP)

    gday fellas, just wondering if anyone knew how to adjust a door so it is flush with the rest of the panels as my doors arent completeely flush..Help?

    mate either the door or the car is bent,what part is not flush,the doors have no ajustment but their ways around this

    the only things you can do are replace the hinge pins about $10 each door for both pins or you can adjust the striker so the door shuts closer

    if none of the above work then you have to get brutal and start bending things if this is the case the car has been in an accident and could make your life hard trying to get them right

    if you pop into a crash shop they should be able to tell you straight up (for free) what is causing the trouble

    I have a similar problem, its hard to close the doors so they are flush.... i had the window motors re-done, so would it be correct for me to assume that they diddnt hang the doors properly?

    not 100% sure in your case, but I would very much doubt they took your doors off when you got your window reg motors replaced.

    guys the doors only go in one spot ,weither u take them off and on 50 times they will go back in the same spot their on pins,where do u guys mean when u say flush,with sill ,back door,front guard,what

    just with the rear quarter and the front quarter.....the actual doors are both flush with eachother...

    If the doors are sagging the solution is a trolley jack and a plank of wood...
