Default Seeing many broken down V6's yet?

I've started seeing the annual line up of V6's down the highways with broken crank sensors since it's started getting warm. Was just wondering if anyone is seeing them around the place yet ?

My VN blew a DFI, the O2 sensor, and a water pump within a few days.
Of course we all know the cam snaps after 300 000 - been there; at least the replacement is a better design and will last.
My radiator hoses are going spongey so I will replace them as well. Apparently a lot of people forget to replace the small one at the top and cook their motors anyway.

and me other mates VS..one of teh coils burnt out causeing the car to run on 4 cilenders....not bad considering the car still went fine until u drove over 2000rpm then it just wanted to die lol happened about 1 week ago but has been playing up for about 3 months haha

same with me i was very lucky to get given a broken one that i could temp fix till i get a new one, they are hard to get in good condition

also i have had to change, waterpump, overflow bottle, water inlet manifold gaskets, bypass hose, heatertap, thats so far now, but i think when i get paid next im gunna replace all hoses with new hoses to be on safe side

My VP broke today but my wife only ran it out of fuel . Surely some half dodgy crank sensors are showing their flaws in this heat?

All 3 of mine are running sweet - even the dodgy 89 sedan with a miss has settled down. And the V8 gets parked Friday (de registered)

She got home steped out of the VP giving me evil eyes, sweat pouring off her and said
"I HATE THAT FREAKIN CAR" . Just for future reference 40c+ no air con no deadner no insulation and an extraordinary amount of pipes under the firewall and floor do make for a rather good sauna :P

GreenVN it's ok the 5 litre will be ok, I've left mine siting for a full rego season once, it still ran sweet a year later, just needed to sit in the sun for a while to dry out

Start the VN in the mornings so you can hear it grumble into life, then once you have your fix, quickly jump in the VZ and hope you don't notice anything missing
