Depends on what brand springs and shocks. Some go as low as -70mm but the average is -45 to -50mm. Yet again brands differ but average cost $250 to $600. Look on ebay mate there are some kits for sale which I was looking at for $350.

70m is like ultra low in king springs, most stick to kings or somthing like pedders.
for a set of front springs its ruffly $130 a pair and intstallation is around the $80 for the front

Keep in mind you're using Lovells springs, and they're probably rated differently to Kings Your car is getting quite old, and strut tops can sag over time, causing your ride height to drop by up to an inch

hahaha well done Make sure, if you're going to the effort of removing your struts, and compressing the springs to get the strut top off, you replace them with adjustables.

i got lowered king springs and gas ryder shocks off ebay for twenty bux earlier this year, had to pick it up from engadine but i enjoyed the drive. the backs werent as low as i would have liked, maybe lowered the back an inch.. so i convinced my wrecker to swap me for lower ones my back tyres sit about two inches under the guard. and on a tuesday arvo, it depends how full my fuel tank is hahah

    AND INSTALLATION IS FREE!!!

    Do it yourself

The backs are sh!t easy as, you might not even have to drop the shockie, just wrestle the spring out with a long screw driver.

Fronts are more difficult... And you need to compress the springs and it involves alot of shouting.. and if you do what i did, and drop your car (dont ask...) then you will be doomed to creaky suspension forever. or until u replace the dodgy bits haha

nah stuff using the screwdriver, with the back one's use your foot on the hub and put your weight onto it easy!

and the fronts are **** easy, only thing that ****ED ME OFF was the balljoints until i found how to remove them and replacing the shockers.. BITCH!
