    It should work OK - I had one on the 89 VN for a while.

    I bought this one from Holmart;

    VN- VX SER1 INDICATOR STORK (NO CRUISE)

    Fits and works fine. Don't believe the Gregory's as you don't have to take the steering wheel off to change it.

    I bought one a while ago, from the pics, it looked like the thin type that my international had, but it was the ugly chunky type.

    Do VR/S calais get the thin type aswell?

    No - only big buggers for the VR/VS.

    Thinnest ones are the grey on the VN's

    Bit thicker and black are the VP's.

    Thick and almost square-ish are the VR & VS type.

    I like the switch. Interesting choice of steering wheel though if I may say :P
