Hey guys
Recently had my new extractors put in, and when I started the car for the first time, I noticed a pretty loud rattle at idle. I had a look underneath and the exhaust pipe mounts behind the diff are really loose now, and the exhaust is just vibrating in its place.
What could've gone wrong?? I'd take it back to the shop, but I'm in Perth, and they're in Canberra =P
Cheers, Jordan
I've got a rattle with my Pacemakers in the VN because my engine mounts are old. Your mounts are new so they shouldn't be the problem..
They're Wildcat, if that helps anyone diagnose this.

When the extractors are fitted usually the exhaust does shift a little bit. It is the job of the fitter to make sure everything still clears after the job is done. They probably loosened the rear bit to realign it and then forgot to tighten it back up.
