gotta do a service on the auto gearbox (v6) since it is starting to hold gears to long due to very old oil no service in over 4 yearsanyways has anyone got a DIY for the service mainly just need to know how much fluid to drop in it and how to adjust the kick down cable correctly
Real cars don't power the front wheels, they lift them
A service refill should be 5 litres if you're just dropping the pan.
To adjust the kickdown cable, depress black button/tab on the kickdown cable where it clips into the throttle plate, and putt the cable assembly towards the drivers side to take out all the slack. The pull the throttle spindle all the way to open, and you should hear it click a few times as it resets itself to the point where the cable is at full extension at WOT. Then refit and you're done![]()
