umm what low pressure you talking about gas or petrol?? If its backfiring on gas you need to get the gas system tuned. Did you buy leads sutible for lpg use??
If it has low fuel pressure can be either you fuel pump or regulator not holding the pressure. Have you got a car workshop manual? If so do the troubleshooting tests in that it will help work out what conmponent of the fuel system it is. I you dont have one i suggest you invest in one best $40 you'll spend maybe less through ebay.
The choking problem you'll need to explain better does it hestiate or just seem to die?

yes, the Lead is Bosch, LPG suitable. the spark plugs is NGK, the guy in Autoone told me it is ready to use, no need to gap it. when the car did it, its engine shake several times in a minute when on idle, and when you put your foot down when you drive it, it hesitate, and seems stop going, but never dies. to me it like the fuel do not go to the engine enough to give the power.

the fuel tank is a bit dirty before, but it went like that on petrol for about a year, and never miss on gas, until I fill in a tank of gas in SHell two weeks ago, it make loud noise right after I filled it. but I still can drive it for more than a week, and then I found when up hill, it lost power and choking, but when down hill it is fine. I suspect it is the fuel pressure and whe it got a bit loading like uphill it lost pressure and choking.
