Starter Motor

Can anyone Explain to me where the starter motor is on a holden commodor 1993 vp ? i have no idea and i want to try and hit it to see if it will start it because i cant afford a mechanic at the moment and need the car for work urgently

Yeah you can access it from underneath the car, it is on the passenger side above the wheel bar. Or you can take your exhaust pipes off from the engine (passenger side) and get to it from there.

Get under the car. Find where the transmission bellhousing mates up to the back of the block. On the passenger side, you'll find the starter motor feeding into the bottom half of the bellhousing, on level with your flywheel or flex plate.

have u tried the for sale section or ebay, or searching for the word sale instead of sail may yield better results
