yo just seen a vp clubsport in a car yard in maddington (perth) for those perthites interested - bloke has 11990 listed for the price
its 5 speed manual too and white in colour looks mint condition so anyone looking for one check it out - its on albany highway maddington 2 doors down from perth motorsport
and no i dont own the car yard lol - just seen it and wish i 10 grand lying around to buy it
sounds a bit pricey i was looking at a red vp clubsport manual with low km/s for 8 grand about a year ago with rego & rwc from a car yard, immaculate except the rear wing had a little bubble in it.
yeah saw that in quokka last week
If its got Wheels or Boobs its gonna cost ya money

yeah im in the eastern states, wonder why cars are more expensive over there?? is there a shortage of something?
not too sure of the build number on the one i saw think it was on the 100's, 150 or thereabouts...
I dont understand it either except lots of WA'ers are cashed up cos of the resource boom of the last 2 years or so cars have strange prices here.
You can buy:
CV8 Monaro for about 23k from a dealer
VT/X LS1 for about 12k
VZ execs for about 9k
VN SS for around 6-8k for a decent one
Also if you want to get sick of the sight of VT-E live here, everyone basically has one. you can go weeks of driving without even seeing a VL and most VN/P are in shit condition makes it very boring car seeing
The reasoning is because you have 3 states pretty close to buy from. Living in Vic, its only a few hours, and you can buy a NSW car (assuming its not in coffs habour). In NSW, you can go to Vic or Qld.
In Adelaide, and Perth, you don't have that luxury, Melb is 8 hours from Adelaide. so your stuck with whats here (as most people wont buy interstate)
I bought my car from Vic, and save about 2000 on what the car would have cost me here

Just in case anybody is looking at this car, I'm pretty sure it would be for sale at B and H autos, which is where I bought a VP BT1 from not too long ago. Had quite a few troubles with the dealer and would not recommend purchasing a car from them without thoroughly inspecting it. They tried to do everything they could to rip me off
