Default putting a steering wheel from a VR into a VN

    Hi
My cousin has a VR commodore and I have a VN.
He has the original steering wheel, but wants a woodgrain steering wheel and I have the woodgrain steering wheel, but want a normal steerig wheel.
    My question is...
is it an easy swap, mine has a boss kit for it but will the vr steering wheel need any attachments to fit into a vn???

    Thanks jake

I'd think a vn wheel wont fit on a vr. vr fits fine on vn, but theres an inch gap between the wheel and the column plastic.

If you find your horn stops working, put your fingers in the gap and push the clock spring back towards the dash. I found mine moved out and stopped working.

I put some washers under the brass ring - 2 thin ones on each of the 3 screws. horn worked after that.
