series one block with series 2 heads and manifold?

does anyone know for sure if the series one V6 block will take series 2 heads and manifold?

yip make sure you put the drivers side head on the right side it has a hole for the pcv valve operation on the inlet mating surface .if you drill that hole in the series one head you could put the s2 manifold straight on

yeh it will be happening in a few weeks when the motor goes in... gotta pull the motor and box out of the wrecked VN yet.
