vn wont start

hi, guys, my vn got new spark plugs, new lead, back fire on gas 4 weeks ago, tend out to be the failed coil pack. changed, no back fire, but the car has no power, sruggles when go uphill. drove it for 3 weeks,and today it lose power gradually on high way, had to pull over, and it wont start. the mechanic checked, coil pack are all good. it cranks, and makes sparks. it wont start at all, both on gas and petrol. any advice is welcome. the ECU? I had a dodgy fuel pump, and I could hear a noise coming from the rear 4 weeks ago, but Iwas told if you run on gas, it has nothing to do with fuel pump.

dont no man soz cant help ya but thats a VN for ya unpredictable i would go to a mechanic it could just be something simple good luck though

good on you mate, I got the towdy to drag to my mechanic, (Pretty dangerous on the highway.) if cost too much, I will just dump it, and say good bye to vn commodore, but people still say commodore is reliable, I spent more than 3000 to fix the car, in 3 and half years, my mate's Ford laser 1991 only cost couple of hundreds a year to maintain, and another mate's camry 1995 cost less than 1000 in 3 years. anyway, thanks a lot.
