L67 into s1 manual vn

hey guys did a search but cant find much, looking into putting an l67 into my s1, would anybody be able to give me an idea of what will be required and how hard it is to do, the engine is out of a vs and complete with wiring loom ecu etc, how hard will it be to adapt up to the s1 apart from changing the radiator to a s2 etc.
