hi i bought my vp the other week and have noticed that the auto is slow to change gears and when taken to the mechanic he said its time to replace it.
i live in wantirna victoria and was wondering if anyone knew the best place to go for a reco/second hand auto for a good price and job

heyy mattey i live close so u might wanna go up to pickapart n grab a good tranny from there then take it to a tranny place get them to put it in n get it stage2 kitted with convter servo in it will drive like adream n will uses the power of the car better n go faster

thanks heaps mate what sort of price would i be looking at for the tranny plus the shift kit and other thing?

probly get good tranny 150 bucks if u no how to talk n a stage 2 kitted cover servo shud only be 400

I'd take it to an auto joint and ask for second opinion first before i went out and bought another you never know it may just need a service or more oil or the kickdown cable adjusted
