VN V6 suddenly running like crap, one of the injectors isnt firing.
There is no change in idle when i pull the electrical lead off one of them.
The spark plug is gettin plenty of spark, so i dont think its the coil pack.
I tested the resistance on that injector and its the same as the rest. (16 ohm) or something.
I also know that the electrical wires to the injector is fine.
Is the injector stuffed??

it sure could be easiest way to check is to swap it round with a working one take ya 10 mins to do it

i dont have a spare one to swap and check

Take the cable clip out of the back of the manifold so you have a bit more reach with the injector wiring, jump the plugs one forward each so you can test to see if this injector that isn't firing, will fire (obviously if it does, this indicates a wiring fault, easy enough to fix). These engines fire all the injectors at once so it shouldn't be a problem.

yeh try that ^^^^ or take the fuel rail off and swap a coupla injectors round so u can tell thats its definitely that

I feel sooooo stupid, it ended up being the frigin spark plug. For some stupid reason i checked the spark going to the spark plug but not the spark plug itself, I learned heaps from it in many ways anyway. Sorry to hassle. Its all good now. Thanks for your help
