early in the morning i start my car let it idle and warm up for about 3 to 5 min or so and granny drive til it's warm. but on my way to work it died on me and took forever to start. it's not the first time it's done this when it does start it blows white, blue and black smoke.
no idea whats wrong with it. any idea would be great

sounds like a injector getting stuck open or somthing like that.
could maybe be ignition module as well - mine when it died started playing up for a bit when it was warm - then eventually after a month or so she died all together - dunno bout the smoke though
well i went and got a AIC sensor and put that in. the other one was completly out. but i can't really check it until it's cold. Eg early morning start so see what happens

White smoke = coolant. Blue smoke = oil. Black smoke = rich mix.
All three at once though?Unlucky!
White smoke on a cold morning could also just be steam from the water vapour that is produced by the correct operation of the cat. Blue/black smoke is most likely running rich due to the bung IAC sensor.
