VN Motor Rebuild And Toughen Up

Hey Guys

I wanna build up a decent V6 motor to be fitted into my rodeo. I need some direction on what to get, what works what doesnt and so on.

Im pretty handy with a spanner and know my way around an engine i have just never built one for a performance gain. im looking at spending about 4 grand ive already got the motor.

ok look at the us sights for what works on the turbo jobs. You have to treat them different to a normal chav like most people are used to.
