    Exclamation vp missfire

    gday my vp has had a missfire and engine backfiring under load since engine swap, changed plugs and leads, replace the coil packs and dfi module, misfire occurs in no.6 cylinder as i unplugged no.6 injector and found engine still misfired. so i swapped leads over on the coil pack and misfire is worse. would there be a problem with the crank angle sensor or would there be an in ternal fault

    i found the problem as the evidence didnt show until before, the v6 decided to blow a head gasket, coolant bubbled up, had oil sludge through the cooling system. so the misfire and breaking down under load was the bloody head gasket.

    yeah thats similar to mine
    but a little diff
    when i put my foot down the car would like near stall
    then it clicked and i changed my fuel filter and got it serviced and new exhaust cause exhaust had a hole in the manafold or something like that so no pressure
    and now she runs like a dream
