can a vs 5 speed gearbox bolt up to a vp motor both from a V6
Real cars don't power the front wheels, they lift them
dpends on really if its a t5 or getrag though you could make the getrag work but it'd easier with a t5

vs series 1 or 2?
series 2 will be a getrag. which are known to have reliabiltiy issues.
a t5 from a series 1 will last you alot longer and also work better with your engine
Also since im changing from auto to manual, will i have to change the pacemaker link pipe for the exaust?

Yup, chances are the y-piece will be the wrong shape. I know mine was, but then I just "cohersed" it around the X member.
You can buy another y-piece from Pacemaker fairly cheaply I think![]()
