i have never heard of fine and coarse spline t5 box's and $1600 is bloody expensive for a t5 box by itself lol

$1600 is way expensive for a recon and especially doing a change over, i can get a reco'd box for $900, im just wondering if he is speaking shit or not cos ive never heard of these 2 different ones b4

That is a T5 WC (world class) box. In other words your standard V8 gearbox. What was called the T5G (Walky box) is completely different and won't bolt straight in replacement of a T5 WC (different mount and gearbox position).

But there is course and fine spline input shafts. T5 WC is 12 spline, the T5G is 26 spline from memory. Although the G is just a different version of the WC from what my sources told me.
