Default sqeeck in the rear wheels?

    hey all

i hit a curb last saturday and since then i have had a noise comming from both of the back wheels. the mechanic said it was teh axle so i changed that and then the sound changed to a high pitched sqeeck. i had alook at the car while it was running on a hoist and both the wheels look buckled and the left hand side brake caliper is movin in and out of the wheel. i changed teh wheels ova as they may have been bent but teh sqeeck still eprsits.

has anyone ever had this problem before?

    cheers

I had a squeak but mine was just a bent axle. Seems yours might not be, if the axle was changed out. Unless you've bent the housing itself, which I've never heard of, I don't know

Could it be the diff ? if both axles are straight but both of them look buckled?
