Does the starter turn over? Could be the starter motor that has shit the tin.

The starter would be having too much current draw, replace it.

i highly doubt its the starter poping the fuse.we need more details if you turn the ignition to on 1 click before cranking when all the dash lights light up ready to start and the fuel pump primes does it blow or when you turn it the last click to wind it over after the pump has stopped wirring

pull the cranking wire off the starter motor solinoid will be a little wire going onto a spade terminal and then try it.see if it pops then.

ok pulled the wire off and turned the key and the fuse didnt pop
put the wire back on and fuse didnt pop and car started, turned car off tried to start again and didnt start and fuse didnt pop.
fiddle with the wire again and tried and car started.
i have to fiddle with the wire everytime to start the car.

    what could fix this?

ok problem seems to be fixed now, degreased it all and cleaned it up, connected it all back up and it now starts alot faster and smoother and seems to be a little better running.
