vn lv3 dash problems

i have done a level 3 dash conversion in my 1991 vn all th gauges work and the lcds and trip computer work fine. there is one small problem i think that my low fuel light has been wired up to the overspeed light. when my fuel gauage reads low and my tank says 70km or less the orange light SPD comes on. i would much rather the fuel light come on instead of the SPD light. anyone know how to fix this. Did you use the instruction from this site? I have done many L3 upgrades on the VN's now and not come accross this problem.

You may have a wire touching in the wrong spot.

did u check the pinouts on the back of the cluster - when i did mine the other day i had to move 1 pin - left hand indicator as the wrong globe was flashing - urs might be something as simple
